Job Title: HR / Learning Coordinator (Temporary Assignment)
Schedule & Pay
• Pay Rate: $25/hour
• Schedule (Summer): Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (through end of August)
• Schedule (Post-August): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Coordinator to provide temporary coverage supporting Learning & Development (L&D) operations. This role is critical in ensuring continuity across learning systems, program coordination, and administrative workflows.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing LMS platforms, coordinating programs, and supporting learners and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Learning Operations & Systems Support
• Manage and update learning content in the Learning Management System (360Learning), including courses, learning paths, and classroom sessions
• Create and maintain course schedules, track rosters, completions, and reporting
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support decision-making
• Troubleshoot system issues (learner access, assignments, technical concerns) and coordinate resolution
• Support enrollments, learning campaigns, and assignment administration

Program Coordination & Administration
• Provide administrative support across multiple L&D programs (e.g., leadership development, New People Leader programs)
• Manage shared inboxes and respond to or route inquiries promptly
• Coordinate scheduling, calendar invites, and communications with stakeholders
• Track program progress, participation, and completion metrics

Ticket Support
• Serve as the first point of contact for learning-related requests and tickets
• Manage ticket queue, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when needed

Documentation, Reporting & Compliance
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and system updates
• Ensure data integrity across learning systems
• Support reporting on learning metrics, evaluations, and compliance requirements

Operational Support
• Assist with ongoing process execution and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support vendor coordination, logistics, and administrative workflows
• Help maintain efficient daily operations across the L&D team

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in administration, HR, or Learning & Development coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset
