Studio Art Model Temporary Pool
Position Title: Studio Art Model Temporary Pool

Department: Academics

Campus: College Wide
Additional Information: Please note: If you are a PSERS retiree, per PSERS guidelines, employment by the College as an adjunct faculty member will result in the suspension of your retirement benefits by PSERS.
Work hours (for hourly positions): This is a part-time, hourly position scheduled by instructors as needed each fall, spring and summer semester.
Hourly Wage: $20.49

General Summary: Models pose for fine arts studio classes at CCAC including drawing, painting, and sculpture.
Requirements: Art studio modeling experience preferred.
Duties:
Models pose for fine arts studio classes at CCAC including drawing, painting, and sculpture. Studio classes are two or more hours and models will sit still in a single position for an extended period to allow students to observe their figure, features, and facial expressions.
Models must be able to change poses and facial expression to display the impression requested. Models will also need to pose nude or clothed at the request of the instructor. This is a part-time, hourly position scheduled by instructors as needed each fall, spring and summer semester.
Clearances: Current criminal record/child abuse clearances will be required if offered the position and in order to be employed at the College. The three clearances are Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Records Check, and Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Criminal Background Check. The College has provided instructions on how to obtain these clearances and are available here.
