As a Security Officer Full Time Premises Patrol in Lancaster, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and site operations. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and respond professionally to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $20.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a construction-related industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned work areas, access points, perimeter areas, parking locations, and temporary construction facilities to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Observe and report hazardous conditions, damaged barriers, unsecured equipment, and other security-related concerns to site management or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
