Job description

Take the lead in launching Magnifica Air and make your mark on a major and groundbreaking airline project. You’ll oversee every critical milestone, shaping the future of air travel while advancing your own expertise in large-scale, high-impact projects.

This is your chance to work directly with senior leadership, gaining visibility and influence across all functions. You’ll manage timelines, budgets and regulatory approvals, ensuring we are ready for commercial operations on schedule and within budget.

With full ownership of project coordination, you’ll develop your strategic planning and stakeholder management skills, positioning yourself for even bigger leadership opportunities in the aviation sector.

What you’ll do

Lead and coordinate all aspects of the airline startup, ensuring operational, regulatory, technical, commercial and organizational milestones are delivered. You’ll work closely with internal department heads to prepare Magnifica Air for launch.

Maintain the overall project plan, managing timelines, milestones, budgets and critical paths. You’ll coordinate cross-functional activities and monitor progress, providing regular reports to executive management.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring on-time delivery of multiple concurrent projects. Prepare executive status reports and present progress updates to senior management and investors.

Coordinate regulatory and certification activities, liaising with aviation authorities and supporting the development of required manuals, policies and procedures. Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance.

Develop and manage the Operational Readiness Plan, coordinating activities across all departments to achieve readiness by the planned launch date.

Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, ensuring contractual deliverables are met and supporting the commercial launch, including route planning, reservation system implementation, and customer service alignment.

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred. Aviation-related qualifications are highly desirable.
  • 8-10+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record in leading large, complex aviation or transportation projects.
  • Previous airline startup, airline operations, airport development or aviation consulting experience preferred. Experience managing aircraft deliveries is highly desirable.
