  • Hands-on expertise in sheet metal repair, including cutting, forming, fitting, and installing aircraft structural components.
  • Experience with aircraft structural modification, depot-level maintenance, and aviation heavy maintenance environments.
  • Proficiency in using rivet guns and related tools for riveting and structural assembly on aircraft.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and aircraft maintenance documentation.
  • Demonstrated aircraft maintenance and repair experience, particularly in aviation sheet metal and structural modification work.
  • Ownership of a complete set of tools with a shadowed toolbox and tools etched or color-coded by Day One.
  • Ability to pass a basic sheet metal test on Day One to assess practical skills and capabilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working on C-130, P-3, or similar fixed-wing military aircraft airframes.
  • background in aviation modification, heavy maintenance, and/or structural repair environments.
