Job description

PediCare Nursing Agency is a leading provider of pediatric private duty nursing services. We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses (RN) to join our team. As a Private Duty nurse, you will work independently with our patients, providing one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of their homes.



POSITION DETAILS:

Location: Philadelphia, MS


CASE DETAILS

  • CARE NEEDS: 3 year old male, O2, G-Tube feeds, medications, suctioning/airway management, ADLs
  • POSITION TYPE:
    • Part-Time - rotating schedule
  • SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
    1. Week 1: Wednesdays & Fridays - 630a-4p
    2. Week 2: Wednesdays & Fridays - 8a-6p

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver safe, skilled, and compassionate nursing care according to the physicianโ€™s plan of care.
  • Monitor and document changes in patient condition.
  • Administer treatments, medications, and interventions as ordered.
  • Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation.
  • Educate and support family members on home care techniques and patient needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active RN license in the state of Mississippi (required)
  • Current BLS certification (required)
  • Current TB skin test within the past 12 months
  • Must meet all state background screening requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
