Dedicated Home Health (formerly Preferred Home Care), a Medicare Home Health Agency, is hiring Per-Diem (PRN) Registered Nurses to service Treasure Coast.

Requirements:

Must have an active Florida State RN License

3+ years of experience working as an RN; Homecare experience a HUGE PLUS

RNs must have OASIS Assessment Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of Home Care policies and procedures
