This position is highly visible and will require some travel to Southern Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. RECRUITER QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED minimum
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ recruiting experience, preferably in construction, mechanical contracting, or skilled trades environments.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Sprinkler, Pipefitting, and Sheetmetal trades preferred.
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
- Basic understanding of commercial construction jobsite operations and labor classifications.
- Knowledge of Employment Law and workforce compliance requirements.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
