Our client is seeking a polished, professional individual to join their team working with a world-renowned luxury dealership as a Boutique Retail Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the boutique, showcasing, and selling luxury brand merchandise, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for representing this luxury brand with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Showcase and provide information about merchandise to customers.
  • Write up purchase orders and hand off to reception staff to finalize transactions (no cash or credit card handling required)
  • Collaborate with the Parts Department and Sales Department as needed.
  • Access the online catalog to look up items and assist with customer inquiries.
