Job description

We're looking for someone with a background in restoration or construction who wants flexible hours, steady work, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. The position guarantees 24 hours per week, $25-$40/hr, and includes overtime for after-hours and weekend work regardless of weekly hours. Most jobs are short (1-4 hours) hands-on, and vary day-to-day. This role is ideal for someone currently working restoration, mitigation, or construction who is comfortable working independently on short-duration jobs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Inspect, adjust, and repair temporary containment systems (ICRA / dust barriers)

  • Install and remove modular containment systems

  • Respond to short-duration service calls and occasional emergency work

  • Load, transport, and stage materials and equipment

  • Maintain a clean, organized truck and jobsite presence

  • Work directly with restoration contractors and site contacts

  • Maintain and clean inventory at warehouse

What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • 1-3 jobs per week (often short-duration)

  • Drive between sites in the Seattle area

  • Perform hands-on adjustments, installs, removals

  • Some days are light, others busier depending on restoration needs

  • On light days, clean and repair wall inventory at warehouse and prepare truck for next project
