Senior Wallcovering Installer (High-End Commercial and Residential Projects) – Southern California
A growing, established painting and wallcovering company is hiring a full-time Senior Wallcovering Installer. They are are a nonunion company with 10 full-time installers working across Southern California on high-end, detail-driven projects. This is a W2 position. We are not looking for subcontractors.
This position is strictly for experienced wallcovering installers.
This is not a drywall or general construction role.
Who We Are Looking:
We are looking for career wallcovering professionals who take pride in craftsmanship, precision, and consistency. Our installers operate as project partners who bring ownership, technical expertise, and professionalism to every job.
Candidates with backgrounds limited to drywall installation, general painting, or entry-level construction will not be considered.
Project Experience Includes
You will regularly work with high-end materials that require advanced installation knowledge and attention to detail.

What's in it for you?
The yearly income could be $60K to $100K+ depending speed, work ethic and skills. The hourly rate is $30 per hour minimum and bonus up to 50% gross labor.
