Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team. The Crane Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and control cranes, following all safety regulations and guidelines
  • Inspect and maintain the crane equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues
  • Lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment using the crane
  • Communicate with team members to ensure proper coordination and execution of lifting operations
  • Adhere to load limits, slinging techniques, and safety protocols at all times
  • Complete necessary documentation, including logbooks and inspection reports
  • Conduct routine inspections on the crane equipment to ensure proper functionality
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and operational guidelines

Qualifications:
  • Valid NCCO crane operator certification or license
  • Proven experience operating different types of cranes, such as mobile cranes, tower cranes, or overhead cranes
  • Minimum 5 years experience operating Lg/Sm Hyd.
  • Strong knowledge of crane operation and safety procedures
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
  • Ability to understand and interpret load charts and rigging requirements
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • May do other duties as needed
