Plan, coordinate, and execute softwaredevelopment activities. Support program development, ensure compliance with engineering processes, maintain customer focus, and serve as the technical conscience for programs.

Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
