Sleep Inn Princeton is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front Desk team. As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience. If you enjoy helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit card transactions.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and follow company procedures.
  • Promote hotel amenities and local attractions when appropriate.
  • Keep the front desk, lobby, and work area clean and organized.
  • Follow brand standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies.
  • Assist with other hotel duties as needed to support the overall operation.
