The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring the smooth progress of projects and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor tasks including site cleanup, loading/unloading materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
  • Operate hand and power tools as needed to complete tasks.
  • Assist in setting up and taking down temporary structures like scaffolding, barricades, and signage.
  • Help with the movement and placement of materials, equipment, and tools around the job site.
  • Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction.
  • Help with the installation of temporary fixtures, such as barricades and signs.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors to complete daily tasks in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, using the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
