Job description

Job Summary for Storeroom Attendant
- Perform daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting of inventory (customer/Vallen).
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts.
- Provide direct customer service; interact with customers regularly.
- Issue parts and materials using computers and scanning equipment.
- Lift items up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Assist with receiving shipments and putting items away in designated locations.
- May be required to fill vending machines in the future.
- Work involves significant walking and standing in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to safety requirements; steel toe or composite shoes are required.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm; overtime is rare.
- Position is temp-to-hire.
