Temporary Document Scanner

Southeast Texas HR is seeking a dependable Temporary Document Scanner to join our team. As a leader in recruiting and HR services, we provide excellent career opportunities for candidates with the right skills and experience. As our Temporary Document Scanner, you will be working daily to assist in ensuring all confidential documents are scanned timely and accurately. This is a temporary 4-8 week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm position, and pay will be $15 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Scan all confidential documents for the Business Office.
  • Ensure all documents are uploaded to correct files in the computer system.
  • Verify and update information to ensure accurate records.
  • Retrieve and process electronic batches and posts to system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or higher.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and data entry.
  • Experience in scanning large amounts of documents.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Must be able to obtain your immunization records.
