Job description

We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Closing Secretary with at least one year of experience.
Responsibilities would include professionally communicating with brokers, builders, agents and lenders along with the preparation of loan closing documents including closing disclosures, lending packages, deeds and mortgages, title policies and other documents related to the real estate closing.

Preferred qualifications include;

Knowledge of the loan transaction process from execution of contract through post closing

Excellent organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Self starter, able to work with limited supervision but work well with others

Telephone etiquette, personable with positive attitude

Can manage stress and able to multi task and prioritize work load

Experience with Word Perfect, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Title Express a plus.

NO EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
