Job description

Description
We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Closer to join our growing title team. This position is responsible for coordinating residential and commercial real estate closings from contract to completion, preparing and reviewing closing documents, ordering title searches and lien searches, communicating with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys, and ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
The Real Estate Closer will also prepare settlement statements, coordinate signing appointments, obtain necessary payoffs and documentation, collect and disburse funds, record closing documents, and complete post-closing tasks.
The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience with Florida real estate transactions and title work. If you provide exceptional client service and can manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
• Review and analyze purchase and sale agreements, title commitments, surveys, and closing documents
• Coordinate and manage files from contract through post-closing
• Communicate regularly with attorneys, buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
• Identify and clear title requirements by obtaining and organizing the required documentation
• Prepare closing packages and supporting documents for attorney review
• Schedule closings and ensure all deadlines and contract requirements are met
• Provide consistent updates to clients and agents to ensure a smooth and informed transaction process
• Deliver a high-level client experience aligned with our firm's service standards
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
• Experience as a real estate closer, title processor, or title agent preferred
• Strong understanding of the residential real estate closing process
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with real estate software such as Qualia or similar platforms is a plus
• Paralegal studies or related education are beneficial but not required
• Must have prior real estate closing experience
