Overview
As a Director in the Strategic Consulting group, you will play a critical leadership role on Publicis Commerce's Advisory team. You will be responsible for the development of strategic consulting projects in support of some of the largest brands in the world. You will apply and develop your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management and leadership skills from day one. Your scope will be global and your work will directly impact revenue and will be of critical importance to Profitero+'s strategic initiatives. This role will enable you to work directly with clients to help them solve some of their most pressing business challenges. You will report directly to the lead of our consulting practice and play a critical role in growing the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams of managers, consultants and analysts to meet & exceed client needs
- Guide our retail and CPG clients in accelerating their eCommerce sales & capabilities. This includes strategy, organizational design, assortment planning, marketing, enhancing ways of working, training & educating on eCommerce, and more
- Oversee the planning and execution of eCommerce strategy projects, including clear and actionable recommendations
- Drive New Business Development and project proposals to current & new clients in pursuit of achieving Strategic Advisory revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, customer success, and insights teams to ensure best practices are developed and shared
- Drive innovative thinking and ensure that Profitero+ is on the cutting edge of eCommerce through regular industry research
- Be a critical member of a growing team to help shape our strategic focus
Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years of relevant omnichannel or eCommerce experience at CPG/brands, retailers, agencies, or management consulting firms
- Past relevant experience leading and coaching teams
- Comfort level in leading new business proposals and client development
- Strong hands-on quantitative analysis skills, including MS office skills: Excel and Powerpoint
- High level of EQ - you can put yourself in a client's shoes and operate accordingly
- Strong consulting, storyboarding and slide design skills
- Excellent project management with a demonstrated ability to organize workstreams, and estimate and deliver on timelines
- A high "do to say" ratio
- Extremely organized, accountable and process-oriented
- An entrepreneurial spirit and high comfort level with ambiguity
- A passion to solve some of the retail and CPG industries' most complex and interesting challenges
- Technical proficiency with a proven ability to simplify complex data/technology concepts and communicate succinctly

Compensation Range: USD $127,585.00 - USD $192,060.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
