This hands-on manufacturing position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to the production of high-quality products. Candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, warehouse operations, construction, production, or general labor are encouraged to apply.

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay: $23.50/hr

Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Pay: $25.50/hr

Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Pay: $25.50/hr

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Week 1)

• Fill and package finished caulk products into 5-gallon containers
• Palletize completed products and prepare orders for shipping
• Conduct quality inspections and document production information
• Package and label products accurately and efficiently
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE and respirator requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or general labor environments
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding industrial setting
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance record
• Ability to complete basic production paperwork and documentation
• Must be clean-shaven to ensure proper respirator fit when required

• Heavy manufacturing facility with frequent lifting and material handling
• Exposure to dust, odors, and industrial manufacturing materials
• Respirator use may be required in designated work areas
• Comprehensive safety training and PPE provided

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $25.50/hr.
