The Supply Chain Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting related to supply chain operations. This role partners with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and drive data‑driven decision‑making across the supply chain.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze supply chain costs including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, cost per unit, and logistics expenses.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses comparing actual results vs. budget/forecast.
  • Support pricing strategies by analyzing cost structures and margin impacts.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:

  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • Economics
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Business Administration

5-6 years’ experience in

  • Financial analysis
  • Supply chain, logistics, or operations
  • Cost analysis or budgeting, inventory management
  • Procurement or sourcing
  • Manufacturing or distribution environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics operations
  • Familiarity with cost accounting and inventory management

$130,000 - $190,000 a year

Full‑time regular employee offer package: Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity.

Temporary employee offer package: Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment).
