Customer Service Representative
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension) Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84123 Schedule: Mon – Fri | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Utah Time)
Description: We are seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to support customers with order processing, product inquiries, repairs, and account-related requests for a leading medical devices company.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email
- Process orders and repair requests in ERP system
- Manage order confirmations and delivery updates
- Coordinate product returns and replacements
- Research and escalate customer concerns as needed
- Support customer service and sales teams with daily operations
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
