Job Title: Model-Based Analytics / Simulation Engineer

Location: Multiple locations across United States
Job Type: Full-Time / Contract

Note: We are looking for candidates who are eligible for Top Secret Clearance

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly specialized Model-Based Analytics / Simulation Engineer to support advanced modelling, simulation, and predictive analytics initiatives.

This role focuses on developing digital models and simulations to analyze system performance, predict outcomes, and optimize lifecycle and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain modelling & simulation (M&S) frameworks
  • Build and support digital twin models for complex systems
  • Perform predictive modelling for sustainment and reliability
  • Conduct Monte Carlo simulations and mission reliability analysis
  • Analyze system behaviour under varying conditions and scenarios
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and operations teams
  • Translate simulation results into actionable insights
  • Support lifecycle optimization and performance improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with:
    • MATLAB
    • Simulink
    • Python
  • Background in Operations Research or applied mathematics
  • Expertise in statistical modelling and simulation techniques
  • Experience with predictive analytics and system modelling
  • Ability to work with complex, multi-variable systems

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with digital twin technologies
