Temporary workers in a milk processing plant often encounter challenges such as adapting quickly to fast-paced production environments, learning strict hygiene and safety protocols, and managing physically demanding tasks like lifting and standing for extended periods. It’s important to be prepared for shift work, which may include early mornings, nights, or weekends.
