Temp Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist – Clinical Research (6 months)

IMA Clinical Research | $22–$23/hour

 

Join IMA Clinical Research and play a hands-on role in advancing innovative medical treatments. We’re seeking a Temp Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist (Clinical Research Assistant) to support patient-focused clinical trials, collaborate with research teams and support our front desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and support patients throughout clinical trial visits
  • Collect clinical data including vitals, EKGs, and patient interviews
  • Perform phlebotomy and process laboratory specimens
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and regulatory support
  • Coordinate with study teams to ensure compliance and efficiency

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (required)
  • 6+ months medical office experience
  • 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and patient-focused approach
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
