  • Counting good parts, rejected parts and parts that require reworking
  • Identifying and reporting any machine downtime
  • Inserting material into/removing them from the systems
  • Ensuring the use of the 5S methodology at the workstation
  • Working through cleaning and inspection plans
  • Performing the machining steps set out in the work plan
  • Confirming the good parts, rejected parts and parts that require reworking, the machining time and downtime and the reasons for any deviations in the defined ERP system
  • Executing the material request and the material consumption posting in the defined ERP system
  • Packing and labeling produced parts as per the defined specifications
  • Carrying out defined quality checks
  • Using individual systems and/or implementing multi-system operation
  • Starting/restarting systems as per the documentation or specifications
