What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate CNC grinding and machining equipment
  • Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and dial indicators
  • Make minor machine offsets and program adjustments
  • Set up and utilize precision inspection equipment
  • Dress grinding wheels and replace diamonds as needed
  • Deburr finished products and prepare parts for additional operations
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and upkeep
  • Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and process sheets
  • Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience
  • CNC setup experience
  • Ability to make minor program edits and machine adjustments
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Experience working with tight-tolerance parts preferred
Training Schedule
To ensure your success, training will take place on:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PMfor approximately 90 days
After training, you'll transition to the permanent 2nd shift schedule.
