Job description

A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Finishing Operator 2 at MKS Instruments, Inc., you will partner with Manufacturing and Quality to ensure a well finished product to meet customer standards. In this role, you will report to the FM Manufacturing/Operations Supervisor.

This posting is for a conversion opportunity for a pre-identified temporary employee currently working at MKS.


You Will Make an Impact By:
Completing required maintenance of machines
Transacting work orders in Oracle
Exercise a high level of attention to detail
Maintain quality control
Skills You Bring:
To be eligible, an applicant must be a current temporary employee placed at MKS
Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred

1+ year of job-related work experience
Basic print reading

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products and manufacturing programs
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to remain stationary while standing/sitting up to 8 hours

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $16.70 -27.83 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
