Lead Office Cleaning Heavy

Job Duties

  • Lead the floorcare team by coordinating weekly work assignments, training employees, and supporting department operations.
  • Monitor staff performance, ensure compliance with company policies, and report facility and team updates to the supervisor.
  • Perform specialized floorcare services, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning in office and guest facilities.
  • Maintain the appearance and functionality of facilities through window washing, upholstery and cubicle cleaning, light fixture maintenance, bulb replacement, and power washing entrances.
  • Ensure all work meets company standards, maintain an organized storage area, report equipment issues, and complete other assigned duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
