Temp leasing professionals are often hired to fill in for regular staff during busy periods or when there's a staffing shortage. This type of position offers flexibility and can be a stepping stone to full-time employment in property management.

Familiarity with property management software like Yardi, MRI, or AppFolio is commonly required, along with basic office software skills.
