Furnace Operator
Location: Souderton, PA
Pay: $20-$23/hour
Shifts Available: 2nd, 3rd, and Rotating Shifts

Furnace Operator Responsibilities:
Planning and changing out furnace loads
Packing and unpacking orders
Operating furnaces and shop equipment
Following project instructions, labeling, and packaging requirements
Configuring and monitoring furnace settings, recorders, and vacuum gauges
Operating a forklift and overhead crane as needed

Furnace Operator Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Basic math skills
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for long periods
Forklift or overhead crane experience/licensure is a plus
