Summary:
Shipping and Receiving will do the following- receiving and shipping freight, putting stock items, daily data entry via computer, and general office duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning.

Responsibilities of the Shipping/Receiving Clerk include, but are not limited to:

  • Receiving and shipping freight
  • Putting stock items
  • Daily data entry via computer
  • Answering phones
  • General office duties: filing, faxing, and scanning 

Qualifications of the Shipping/Receiving Clerk include, but are not limited to:

  • 1 year of previous Warehouse experience preferred
  • Prior computer experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Data entry skills, organization, and multi-tasking is required

Additional Information: 

  • Pay: $20-25/hour D.O.E. 
  • Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. required 
  • Working Conditions: Warehouse Distribution environment with possible exposure to dirt, heat, and noise
  • Training/Certifications: N/A
  • Shift Time/Overtime: Monday–Friday, start time between 6:00–7:00 a.m., 8-hour shift
