Maintenance Technician (Temporary) - Junipine (Sedona, AZ)
We are seeking a full-time (Temporary) Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our beautiful community in Sedona, AZ. We're offering competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees. Overall, maintenance experience is necessary.
Experience:
• 1-2 years of building and grounds maintenance experience and HVAC experience preferred, but not required
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in a residential community (Preferred)
• Flexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays, etc., and response to after-hours emergency calls
• HVAC and Pool Certification is a Plus (Preferred)
Job Duties:
• Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to the supervisor.
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and building - Vendor scheduling and monitoring
• Maintenance of common areas, maintaining the Work Order database
• Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
• Identify and report any safety issues to management.
Qualifications:
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Position involves standing and movement throughout the day. Must be able to transport oneself around the property.
• Position will alternate between working indoors in a controlled climate and proper lighting to and outdoors
setting with variable climate and lighting.
• Must be able to lift heavy loads utilizing safe work methods.
• Able to lift 75 pounds or more.
• Valid state driver's license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year maintenance experience.
