Job description

Job Summary Client is seeking an experienced Senior Field Supply Chain Specialist within the Supply Chain Data organization to support Global Label Management (GLM) and SAP EHS activities. This role focuses on executing Business Integration Testing (BIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by generating and validating label outputs across SAP environments. The position requires strong GLM/WWI expertise to ensure labeling accuracy, compliance, and high-quality delivery. The specialist will collaborate with global stakeholders, document results, and resolve issues in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Hours may vary depending on testing cycles and will be discussed during interview s. Key Responsibilities E xecute BIT and UAT by generating and validating label outputs across SAP environments Support SAP GLM solutions including label generation, WWI, and regulatory content management Collaborate with stakeholders including business SMEs, regulatory teams, IT, and external vendors Troubleshoot production issues, data inconsistencies, and label generation errors with minimal supervision Document results, create functional documentation, test scripts, and coordinate UAT activities Ensure compliance with labeling accuracy, quality standards, and compliance traceability Required Qualifications B achelor’s degree in a related technical field 5–8+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP GLM and SAP EHS in production environments Proven experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP GLM solutions Strong industry experience in chemicals or regulated environments with knowledge of GHS, REACH, SDS authoring, and hazard communication standards Ability to deliver end-to-end solutions from requirements gathering to post-go-live support Solid understanding of SAP data models and integrations across EHS, Material Master (MM), and logistics processes (SD/MM) Strong skills in documentation, test script creation, and UAT coordination Effective communication skills for working with global teams and stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) Preferred Qualifications Ability to quickly ramp up in existing SAP landscapes, assess gaps, and provide pragmatic solutions in fast-paced or ambiguous environments Education: Bachelors Degree
