Job description


Position Summary
Works under general supervision to manage document retrieval and storage and assist with document transfers and destruction as well as other duties assigned.
Pay Grade: 41H
Salary Commensurate with Experience and Education
Minimum Qualifications
  • Three (3) years of experience in customer service including face-to-face interaction, data entry, electronic and manual file storage; AND
  • High school diploma or possess a GED.
  • Banking experience is preferred.
  • PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Organizes and maintains the storage/retrieval of Trustee records and files.
  • Facilitates the collection of files and records for destruction by the Trustee and the Public Records Commission.
  • Scans critical property tax documents.
  • Transacts land sale disbursements.
  • Processes property legal descriptions.
  • Enters and maintains data records.
  • Facilitates the printing of various forms.
  • Performs data processing functions for records storage and Kiosk maintenance.
  • Performs other duties as required or directed.

  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask on multiple projects at one time.
  • Ability to remain calm and presentable in hectic situations.
  • Ability to function well in stressful situations and with constant distractions.
  • Skilled at operating standard office equipment.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Special Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
