Source One is a consulting services company and we’re currently looking for the following individual to work as a consultant with our direct client, an on demand autonomous ride-hauling company in San Francisco, CA

Title: Project Coordinator, Infrastructure and Deployment Operations

Location: San Francisco, CA

Schedule: Onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $44.00/hour

Contract: 6-12 months with likely extension

Position Overview

We are supporting an on demand autonomous ride hailing company in hiring a Project Coordinator to support infrastructure deployments and site readiness across multiple concurrent programs.


This role is responsible for coordinating project schedules, logistics, procurement, inventory, and cross functional activities to ensure infrastructure deployments are completed efficiently and on schedule. The Project Coordinator will help standardize operational processes, improve deployment readiness, and support the successful execution of large scale infrastructure expansion initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables for multiple concurrent infrastructure deployment projects.
  • Manage Jira workflows, dashboards, reporting, and project documentation to maintain visibility across active programs.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, vendors, and other cross functional stakeholders.
  • Monitor project risks, identify potential bottlenecks, and escalate issues to maintain project schedules.
  • Manage infrastructure bills of materials, revision control, inventory tracking, and deployment documentation.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, vendor management, and domestic and international shipping logistics.
  • Support site readiness activities before deployment and coordinate post shipment installation support.
  • Develop and maintain standardized deployment processes, documentation, and operational playbooks.


Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, logistics, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, hardware, data center, construction, or similar technical environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Jira, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with inventory management, bill of materials tracking, procurement, or supply chain operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross functional teams.
  • Ability to identify risks, solve problems proactively, and adapt in a fast paced environment.

30 minute Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager.

90 minute onsite panel interview.
