About the Role
As a vital member of the Maintenance team, the Maintenance Support (Temporary) position helps support operational excellence through accurate inventory management, organized storeroom practices, and well-maintained preventive maintenance programs. This role supports safe, reliable equipment performance by ensuring data accuracy, improving processes, and partnering closely with Maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Support
Maintain and update inventory data in WEBTMMA and supporting systems.
Ensure inventory accuracy through counts, audits, and data reconciliation.
Organize spare parts storage with clear labeling and efficient layout.
Support maintenance operations through coordination, communication, and general assistance.
Preventative Maintenance Support
Review and evaluate PM tasks for accuracy using equipment manuals and documentation.
Maintain and update PM data in WebTMMA, including descriptions, frequencies, and asset links.
Ensure PM quality and compliance by identifying gaps, inaccuracies, and adhering to maintenance standards.
Document findings and communicate updates to Maintenance leadership.
Qualifications
Highschool Diploma/GED required.
Computer skills required.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Combination of manufacturing, warehousing, and office environment.
Exposure to moderate noise, temperature variations, and industrial conditions.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift, carry, or push up 100 pounds.
Frequent sitting, standing, bending, and walking.
