Job Information

Bobcat is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support our team with a variety of data entry and administrative tasks during a two-month project. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, stays organized, and takes pride in accuracy.

Whether you're between roles, exploring a new career path, returning to the workforce, a student with daytime availability, or simply looking for a temporary opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases
  • Review information for accuracy and completeness
  • Correct data discrepancies and formatting issues as needed
  • Organize and maintain electronic records
  • Assist with data cleanup and special projects
  • Work with team members to ensure information is entered accurately and on time
  • Follow established processes and confidentiality requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Reliable attendance throughout the duration of the assignment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office support experience
  • Experience using SAP is preferred but not required
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
