Job Description Data Center HVAC Service Technician Location: Clarksville, TN Pay Range: $30-$40 DOE We are seeking a skilled Data Center HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Clarksville, TN. Job Responsibilities: Service, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems, including: CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units. DX equipment up to 100 tons.

Packaged, water-cooled AC units up to 150 tons Water source heat pumps. Computer room units with humidifiers and controls. Gas and electric heating systems up to 150 tons.

Pneumatic, electronic, and modular DDC control systems. Air handling systems, including VAV systems. Perform system start-ups, diagnose malfunctions, and conduct repairs or part replacements to ensure systems are operational.

Complete scheduled preventive maintenance, including cleaning coils, fan belts, and ductwork. Install wiring and connect components to power sources. Communicate with dispatch after each call and update job status.

Follow safety rules and regulations and maintain company tools and equipment. Qualifications: High School or Trade School Graduate or GED. Universal Refrigerant Card (Type I or Universal).

Certified Mission Critical Operator (CMCO) and Certified Mission Critical Professional (CMCP) *a plus but not required*. Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience. Flexible schedule, including weekend on-call rotation.

Strong communication, positive attitude, customer service, and teamwork skills. Clean appearance and well-maintained equipment.
