We are seeking a strategic Senior Business Operations Analyst to bridge the gap between complex data and operational execution. In this role, you will analyze business workflows, manage financial data, and drive process improvements across the organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Analysis: Evaluate current business operations and workflows to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardization and efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Collect, validate, and analyze financial and performance data from enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) to support decision-making and produce high-level reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.
  • Financial Support: Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, cost-benefit analyses, and variance investigations to ensure alignment with fiscal goals.
  • Project Leadership: Lead implementation activities for new initiatives and process changes, including the development of project documentation, requirements gathering, and testing.

Requirements
