As a Collections and Customer Service Representative, you will conduct a high volume of outbound calls to ATBS clients regarding account balances while providing exceptional customer service. This position is a temporary 60-90 day role and will provide great experience in delivering customer service.

About the Opportunity:
  • Reviewing client accounts for the balance due from clients, resolving client variances, taking payments, processing refund and credit memo requests
  • Contacting clients with declined or expiring credit cards to collect payments
  • Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor to internal and external clients
  • Utilizing ATBS software programs to input data to update ATBS records
