Join Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership (EICAP) as a Bilingual Energy Assistance Specialist in our Idaho Falls office. This is a great opportunity to use your language skills to support families who need help with their utility bills.

What You'll Do

  • Support Clients: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and assist clients with questions.
  • Guide Applications: Help families complete applications and verify required documentation.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Enter data correctly and review applications for completeness.
  • Work as a Team: Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partner organizations.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive client information with discretion.
  • Stay Organized: Keep a consistent schedule set by the program coordinator.
  • Community Outreach: Assist in outreach efforts to raise awareness of energy assistance programs

Commmitment: Temporary, full-time role (40 hrs/week) for 20 to 26 weeks.
