Job description

Legum and Norman, an Associa company, is hiring a PART TIME, temporary, Code Enforcer for its community in Bowie, MD.
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 1pm - 5pm., through Dec. 2026.
Daily responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet homeowners and staff.
  • Research and respond to inquiries in-person, by phone, and email.
  • Daily walk and inspect the community for homeowner and maintenance code violations and compliance.
  • Take pictures, take notes, and submit report on findings and observations.
  • Submit HOA violations notices to homeowners and follow-up to ensure correction was made.
  • Enter and update work order tickets for the maintenance staff, follow-up to ensure correction was made.
  • Provide high level of customer service and support.
  • Other duties as requested.

Hourly pay rate: $18-$23.
  • High school diploma or GED equavlent is required.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • 1+ years of office administrative and support experience is required.
  • Customer service driven and team oriented.
  • Proactive communication skills with correct grammar usage, written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques.
  • Effective project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in various stages of completion and communicate with all parties involved.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
