Essential Job Duties
Responsibilities include supporting dairy processing staff with tasks related to the
production and handling of finished milk and ice cream products. Significant time will
be spent in cold storage areas, including the milk cooler and ice cream freezer,
stocking packaged products and assisting with quality control activities such as
environmental monitoring and conducting solids and fat content testing in the lab.
Additional responsibilities include:
  • CIP - Clean In Place, operation of the cleaning system for tanks and pipes.
  • COP - Clean Out of Place, operation of COP vats for small equipment sanitation.
  • Separation Equipment Cleaning - operation of the separator in clean mode, break
    down, reassemble, and sanitize.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, hours are flexible but typically 8am-4pm with lunch.
