We're hiring a Bilingual HR Professional for our Stafford, TX area client. WE are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees to join our client's team.

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Bilingual HR Professional
• Location: Stafford, TX
• Pay: $15 hr.
• Hours: M-F 8:30AM-5:30PM
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Description of Duties:

• Maintain daily attendance and punctuality
• Prepare and verify daily financial reports
• Prepare daily income/sales reports and journal entries
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Communicate with managers regarding system or accounting issues
• Prepare and process authorized refunds
• Compile and submit monthly reports
• Investigate and collect returned items
• Maintain returned check and chargeback accounts
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules

Requirements:

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
• Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and staff
• Read instructions, reports, correspondence, and care plans
• Write simple correspondence and activity notes
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Handle American currency accurately
• Ability to tell time and record numerical data accurately
• Basic understanding of measurements (money, volume, distance)
