Clinical Support Specialist $640+ WEEKLY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience handling patient records, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality. This position requires excellent communication skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and staff.
- Perform accurate data entry and auditing of patient records.
- Maintain, update, and organize confidential medical and administrative records.
- Prepare reports, summaries, memos, letters, and other correspondence as needed.
- Review documents for accuracy, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other data management programs to complete daily tasks.
- Operate office equipment including scanners, fax machines, copiers, and printers.
- Prioritize workload effectively while meeting strict deadlines.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with employees, management, and clients at all levels.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with various administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required; medical field experience preferred.
- Experience with data entry and auditing patient records required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management programs.
- Familiarity with general administrative and clerical duties.
- Experience operating office equipment such as scanners and fax machines.
- Strong knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare reports, project summaries, and business correspondence.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
