Job Title: Technical Product Manager (Hospitality & Travel Technology)
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy Technical Product Manager to lead the planning and execution of innovative digital experiences within the hospitality and travel sector. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical implementation, requiring a candidate who can translate complex business needs into high-level technical requirements. You will manage the product lifecycle for web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless integration with back-end data systems while driving a roadmap centered on real-time, intelligent user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Roadmap & Strategy (35%): Define and prioritize product features based on business value and user needs. Contribute to technical architecture, design, and problem-solving efforts to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Project Leadership & Delivery (25%): Lead end-to-end project planning, tracking, and coordination. Create detailed user stories, manage the product backlog, and proactively address project risks or blockers.
• Stakeholder & Feedback Loops (15%): Build strong relationships across the organization. Gather requirements from diverse stakeholders and communicate product updates throughout the development lifecycle.
• Data-Driven Optimization (15%): Track and analyze KPIs using digital analytics platforms to measure success. Use data-driven insights to optimize product functionality and user engagement.
• Cross-Functional Mentorship (10%): Inspire and motivate agile teams. Coach and mentor partners across the company, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve collective project goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration. (MBA or technical undergraduate degree with business experience is preferred).
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, running technical programs, or software development.
• Domain Expertise: Proven success managing web and mobile projects that require deep integration with back-end systems. Experience in Hospitality, Group Travel, or eCommerce is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in CMS (Content Management Systems).
• Experience with Digital Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, FullStory, Quantum Metric).
• Mastery of Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Basecamp, or VersionOne).
• Certifications: CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PMP is a significant plus.
