Job description

Role Summary
The Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing Manager is a high performing, dynamic, and solution-oriented leader responsible for bringing the Anthropologie Group's consumer journey to life. You will be an integral part of the team defining the strategic vision for our campaigns and act as a central cross-functional partner who handles complex workflows and oversees the tactical execution of all owned, earned, and paid plans.
In this role, you champion our brand foundations through a customer-first lens, ensuring strategic ideas are seamlessly activated across every touchpoint to drive buzz, cultural resonance, and business growth.
We are seeking a culturally connected brand strategist who understands how modern brands earn attention. The ideal candidate is deeply tapped into fashion, social behavior, and emerging cultural trends, with the ability to translate product into compelling, conversation-driving marketing moments. Anthropologie is a very collaborative culture and we work very closely with our cross-functional teams. This person needs to have experience working across multiple teams at once and have a deep understanding of how to connect the dots between them.
This role will be working from and based out of our Philadelphia, PA Home Office, operating on a 3 days in office per week hybrid schedule.
Role Responsibilities
Role Qualifications
  • Love of fashion, culture, storytelling, and emerging consumer trends
  • Deep understanding of social behavior and culturally-driven marketing
  • Strong instincts for what makes product feel relevant, shareable, and emotionally resonant

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Briefing
  • Develop brand and/or seasonal marketing strategy briefs inclusive of brand/campaign positioning, customer analytics, and previous performance data into a cohesive narrative.
  • Monitor cultural moments and business trends to highlight real time opportunities for brand relevancy.
  • Present and socialize strategy briefs with executive leadership and cross functional partners to secure buy in and ensure the "North Star" is clear before execution begins.

Integrated GTM Execution & Oversight
  • Own and lead campaign Taskforce sessions with a prepared agenda that unites Brand, Social, and Digital teams under a singular execution plan.
  • Guide teams through the campaign process, providing recommendations to ensure the strategy is not lost in execution.
  • Track live campaigns and maintain the ability to update leadership on performance to goal, pivoting strategies and execution tactics in real time as business trends shift.
  • Lead the end to end marketing strategy for market brand partnerships, artist collaborations, and vendor co-op programs, partnering with Buying and Merchandising.

Cross Functional Partnership
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing Strategy and Marketing Ops, ensuring all teams are alerted to changes, updates, and calendar shifts.
  • Own cross functional touchpoints, ensuring every stakeholder is aligned and actioning updates throughout the planning cycle.
  • Work in tandem with Marketing Ops on the GTM Calendar to align strategic storytelling with the commercial calendar, ensuring fashion, home, maeve, wedding and terrain priorities are balanced across the year.

Impact & Optimization
  • Lead the post campaign analysis to evaluate what worked and what didn't in a digestible format.
  • Translate post-mortem learnings back into the next planning cycle, ensuring that our strategic "Why" is constantly evolving based on "How" the customer reacted.
