About Our Client

Our client is a long-standing agricultural and environmental services company with a strong presence across California's San Joaquin Valley and Central Coast. Established for more than 90 years, they are known for delivering high-quality, cost-efficient products, services, and solutions that support growers and help protect the environment. Safety, teamwork, and long-term career development are core to their culture.

What They Bring to the Table

Our client offers a well-compensated industrial electrician role in a stable, safety-focused environment with strong benefits and a culture that supports work-life balance and long-term career growth.

  • Competitive pay: $45-60 per hour
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Performance incentives
  • Supportive team culture with an emphasis on safety and career development
What You Bring to the Table

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician with a valid California journeyman or master electrician license and at least 5 years of industrial electrician experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience with PLCs, motor controls, VFDs, industrial automation systems, and Arc Flash Protection is required. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade electrical systems to keep the facility running safely and efficiently. A high school diploma or GED is required; a formal apprenticeship or technical electrical training is preferred. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must pass a drug screen and physical. Occasional out-of-state travel for temporary training may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, conduits, motors, transformers, and circuit breakers
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions to minimize downtime
  • Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and safety audits to ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and company standards
  • Plan and complete electrical upgrades and modifications in collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams
  • Work with PLCs, motor controls, VFDs, and industrial automation systems, using testing tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermal cameras
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and system changes, and provide guidance or training to junior electricians and maintenance staff as needed

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced industrial electrician to join a long-established company in Lost Hills, CA, and work in a safety-focused environment that values reliability, technical skill, and long-term career growth.
